Dank voor jou liefdevolle yoga sessies met voorstellen van verschillende vormen van yoga. Ik heb genoten van jouw wijsheid en mooie stem. 

Ik heb een heerlijke golfreis naar Vichy Célestins Spa Hotel gehad! Het personeel is heel toegewijd en vriendelijk. Ik zou zeker teruggaan alleen al om de service, echt top!

Ik heb mijzelf deze reis cadeau gedaan voor mijn 50ste verjaardag. En het heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Prachtig hotel in dito omgeving, fijn wellness programma en heerlijk eten.

You just can’t take your eyes off the view!! Stunning right across Alvor and the bay to Lagos. Staff is lovely, can’t do enough for you. New healthy, wellness five star concept incorporating everything from treatments, relaxation, gym classes, and the food and drinks. The food is nutritionally designed, beautifully presented and tasty. I loved the different food concept, for example, scrambled egg with onion and coriander, artisan bread and beautiful homemade jams. For lunch we had vegetable gyoza with soya sauce dip and Seafood cataplana for two. It was packed with different fish and plenty large prawns in the shells and was really good. No need to bring your toiletries, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion all provided and smell lovely! 

I stayed at Kamalaya in a seaview suite. The compound is gorgeous, with fantastic views (a yoga barn with a view of the sea), food was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would highlight is that if you sign up for the pre-designed program, you should consider if it gives you time to do things at your own pace. I booked a programme for 5 nights and stayed for 8 nights, and spread the treatments over my entire stay. Note also there is a digital detox policy, so a good chance to put that phone away
